Future Hosting has announced full-scale upgrades across its entire line of web hosting services. The web host says that all existing customers will be automatically given a 50% increase in disk space and bandwidth, depending upon the level of the hosting package. The minimum monthly bandwidth quote has been increased from 100 GB to 2TB.
The hosting provider said that its Virtual Private Server hosting customers can now choose managed and unmanaged plans in different locations - Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, London, Seattle, or Washington, D.C.
The company revealed that developed "Future Engineer", a technical support automation system designed to automate time consuming server configuration and repair tasks on Virtual Private Servers (VPS). "Future Engineer" allows VPS owners to receive a greater level of technical support than is available when technicians spend their time performing routine or basic maintenance tasks. With Future Engineer, technicians are free to spend their time offering a level of technical support that is unrivaled and otherwise unaffordable.
